You'll be fully trained in PACE, attachment theory, and trauma-informed practice, and supported by a management team who work alongside you, not just above you. When cover is needed, our managers and Responsible Individual step in themselves rather than relying on agency staff, because consistency matters to our children, and so does looking after our team.
Who we're looking for
You don't need to have all the answers. More than anything, we look for warmth, patience, resilience, and a genuine desire to make a difference in a child's life.
Some roles require specific qualifications and an enhanced DBS check, but whatever your starting point, we'll give you the training, supervision, and support to grow. If you see behaviour as a child communicating rather than a child misbehaving, you'll fit right in here.
